Our Training

In line with our HR planning, we will assess the need for additional employees and identify suitable candidates from our existing applicant pool. Should no qualified candidates be available, we will initiate a targeted recruitment process through established job listing platforms.

New employees will undergo an online induction to familiarize them with BrightMark’s standards and procedures.

This half-day, hands-on training course provides new staff with practical cleaning experience, ensuring they understand and can execute the key tasks required in their role.

New employees will complete the necessary onboarding requirements, including Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) inductions, as specified by our clients’ policies.

Site-specific training is provided, including emergency procedures, OSH matters, site access, security protocols, and cleaning schedules. New staff will work under the supervision of an experienced, trained staff member for the first three weeks.

After three months with BrightMark, staff are encouraged to complete the ‘Cleaning Operation and Asset Maintenance’ qualifications at AQF Levels II and III, further developing their skills and ensuring long-term professional growth.
